Terms of Service

By engaging Bauer Web Studio ("we," "us," or "our") for web development services, you ("client" or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all services provided by Bauer Web Studio.

Bauer Web Studio provides web development services including but not limited to:

• Website design and development
• E-commerce solutions
• Website maintenance and support
• Performance optimization
• SEO services

Payment terms are as follows:

• 50% deposit required to begin work
• Remaining 50% due upon project completion
• Monthly care plans billed monthly in advance
• Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly service charge
• All prices are in Euros and exclude applicable taxes

Project timelines are estimates based on the scope of work and client responsiveness. Delays in client feedback, content provision, or approval may extend the timeline. We will communicate any delays promptly.

Each package includes a specified number of design revisions. Additional revisions or scope changes beyond the original agreement will be billed at our hourly rate of €55/hour.

Upon full payment, you will own the final website design and content you provided. We retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio. Any third-party assets (fonts, stock images, plugins) remain subject to their respective licenses.

We can recommend hosting providers but are not responsible for hosting services unless explicitly agreed. Ongoing maintenance is available through our care plans or on an hourly basis.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We make no warranties regarding third-party services or hosting providers.

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Upon termination, you will pay for all work completed to date. We will provide all completed work files upon full payment.
